I stopped having cravings, I feel full with less food than before, I stopped wanting unhealthy food as often as I used to. Everything since day one. I know it says this would happen over the course of few months and I'm looking forward to see how it works in the next few months!

Honestly, we are using multiple supplements, so it's hard to distinguish the effects of the BIO-X4 just yet. We are losing weight, and some of the cravings have gone, so there are very positive signs. We will keep on it and let you know if this bumps up to 5 stars!

I've tried almost every single Shampoo & Conditioner on the shelves, and some of them were good, but not compared to this! This has completely changed my hair life!! Unfortunately I only had enough money to get just the Sham & Conditioner set one time.. so it will sadly run out quick, and it will be hard to get some money to get more, it's just so amazing! Bio 4x works great. I try not to take to close to my meal. Dr. Amy, you suggest take one pill 10 to 15 minutes before a meal. I have better results taking it 45 minutes to an hour before I eat. The hunger or craving isnt there. I definitely can tell if I miss a pill the results arent the same. When Im home, I take a pill when I start preparing my meal , so by the time Im ready to eat , time has passed. I dont feel bloated . my digestion feels so at ease. If I eat a vegetable that normally causes gas, Bio4x doesn't allow that bloating feeling. Im hooked. My cravings are next to null. Thank you, Dr Amy and Bio 4x
